Here is where you can file a Warranty claim for your Pipedream and Pipedream Extreme (PDX) Brands Products. Please file for each brand separately using the guided links below.
File a Claim for Pipedream Products
- Warranty is valid from the date of purchase against mechanical failure or manufacturer defect.
- Pipedream Products must be registered prior to filing a claim.
- Claiming your Warranty requires proof of purchase from a Pipedream Products Authorized Retailer within the warranty period.
- All Pipedream non-rechargeable (battery-operated) or non-vibrating products qualify for a 90-Day Warranty.
- All Pipedream rechargeable (plugin) products qualify for a 1-Year Warranty.
- Edible products are non-refundable.
- We do not provide or sell replacement chargers at this time.
File a Claim for Pipedream Extreme (PDX Brands) Products
- Warranty is valid from the date of purchase against mechanical failure or manufacturer defect.
- All products must be registered first prior to filing a claim.
- Claiming your Warranty requires proof of purchase from a PDX Brands Authorized Retailer within the warranty period.
- All PDX Brands products qualify for a 1-Year warranty for mechanical failure. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
- Ultimate Fantasy Doll products sold through PDX or Pipedream Products are not eligible for warranty coverage.
- We do not provide or sell replacement chargers at this time.
